Are All The Auction Items Shown On The Site?
No - only a small portion of the actual
silent action items are on the site. We will have many more items available at the night of the Auction and we
are adding new items to the site as they become available.
Will My Contact Information Be Shared with a Third Party?
No - All information required to open an account on this site is kept
strictly confidential. It will not be sold or
shared to any other party.
Are My Bids Made On This Site Final?
No. Bids are only active and final when they are brought to the auction November 10, 2007 and placed in a barrel with your bidder number added. Your bid number must be entered on the bid card before dropping in barrel.
The bids placed through the Silent Auction website are stored in your
account. You may at any time prior to the actual Dinner Auction
(November 10, 2007) delete, update a bid item, change your bid price and/or
add additional items to your wish list.
I Have Created an Account & Added Silent Auction Items To My Wish List. Now What?
YOU CAN CREATE & PRINT BID CARDS FROM THIS SITE AND BRING THEM
WITH YOU TO THE AUCTION. AT THE NIGHT OF THE AUCTION, YOU WILL BE
GIVEN YOUR BID NUMBER. YOU MUST PLACE YOUR BID CARDS WITH YOUR BID NUMBER IN THE
"BARRELS" LOCATED THROUGH OUT THE CORRIDOR TO OFFICIALLY
QUALIFY TO ENTER A BID FOR THE ACTUAL SILENT AUCTION ITEM BID. IF YOU
DO NOT PLACE YOUR BID CARD IN THE SILENT AUCTION "BARREL" ON
THE ACTUAL NIGHT OF THE SILENT AUCTION, THEN YOUR BID WILL NOT COUNT.
Do I Have To Create My Bid Cards Online?
No, it is not necessary that you create bid cards on line. However, we
do hope you find it helpful preparing some of your bid cards online so
you can enjoy more of the festivities at the auction as well as bid on
additional items not listed on our site.
Can I Still Bid For Other Items at the Silent Auction On The Day of The Event?
Yes. Additional bid cards will be available at the door, on the display tables, and from volunteers.
