Travel Packages

Please note that all trips, in the silent and live auctions are subject to availability and may not be used during the holiday seasons - unless the trip's auction description specifically states otherwise.

Travel must be completed within one year (by November 12, 2012) and winners must schedule their trip at least two months before the expected travel date. (Sorry, but the expiration date is not negotiable.) Trips must be taken only by the winner, and cannot be transferred to anyone else. If it becomes necessary to reschedule a trip once it is booked, the winner is responsible for making revisions through their own travel agent and is responsible for any costs incurred.

In your dealings with these donors, please keep in mind that we hope to obtain similar trips for future auctions.

Thank you - we appreciate your understanding.
